Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your community access, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you confirm your cancellation, your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
There are no refunds for the community access.

Some community spaces are locked. Why is that?
Some of our patient community spaces are available only to patients in our programs and memberships. If you are a current patient, please send us a message through the patient portal.
